In 2009, graphic designer Ben Pieratt and I built Svpply.com. A year later, we raised $550,000 in seed funding and founded Svpply, Inc. Today Svpply employs six full-time developers and is home to the most valuable user base in social commerce.

I followed Svpply with Lookwork, a visual RSS reader and inspiration management utility. Lookwork tracks over 10,000 RSS feeds in real time, and provides users with a sophisticated set of importing, management and local backup tools. It’s pretty great if I do say so myself.
